Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Mental Hygiene Consultant who will assess the mental health needs of clients and support them through tailored programs, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the mental hygiene needs of clients through detailed assessments.
• Design and execute mental health programs that cater to different population segments.
• Counsel individuals and groups to foster better mental health understanding.
• Collaborate in the creation of policies and practices for mental health care.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge on mental hygiene.
• Engage with community stakeholders to promote mental health initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in mental health or counselling
• Further training in mental health legislation is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a consultancy role is advantageous
