Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Vehicle Inspector to assess and document vehicle conditions, focusing on repairs and safety compliance. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills as you liaise with customers and insurance companies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and document findings.
  • Identify repair needs and communicate them effectively to clients.
  • Utilize inspection software for accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the repair team to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Evaluate the repair cost and provide detailed estimates to customers.
  • Assist in maintaining the workshop's compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct educational sessions on vehicle care for customers.

  • Support training initiatives for new inspectors.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss quality improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma of Automotive Sales and Repair (Body Repair)
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
