Job Description

We are looking for a Wind Energy Development Manager who will oversee wind power projects, ensuring their successful execution. You will be instrumental in project planning, stakeholder management, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify and manage project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage changes in project scope and budget effectively.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet environmental and quality standards.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Lead project team meetings and facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in renewable energy projects.
