Job Description

We are seeking skilled Excavating and Loading Machine and Dragline Operators to join our dynamic mining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving, operating and maintaining heavy earth-moving machinery in a challenging mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Organise and execute both small and large-scale events, ensuring client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best possible rates.
• Create event marketing plans to drive attendance and engagement.
• Analyse event success and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain a comprehensive event calendar and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Implement sustainability practices into event planning when possible.
• Facilitate training for event staff to ensure high levels of service.
• Adapt plans based on immediate feedback and unforeseen changes.
• Cultivate relationships with various event stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
• Mentor junior planners and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Events Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on corporate events.

Technical Skills

• Event Management Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
