Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Child, Family, and School Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical in-home support to families, helping them address challenges and access community resources. Your work will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver counselling and emotional support to families.
  • Facilitate parent education sessions to enhance parenting skills.
  • Collaborate with schools and community organisations to support families.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity in all interactions.
  • Attend training and development sessions as required.
  • Support the overall goals of the Family Preservation program.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Current registration with relevant professional bodies
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in social work or a related field.
