Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and manage various clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving patient care through research initiatives. Your role will involve liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high quality in study protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical study coordination from start to finish.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring trials are completed on schedule.
  • Review patient medical records for eligibility and adherence to protocols.
  • Coordinate site visits and audits as needed.
  • Manage trial budgets, including tracking expenses and developing forecasts.
  • Develop relationships with clinical sites and investigators.
  • Report adverse events and maintain compliance with safety monitoring.
  • Contribute to and participate in study-related meetings and collaborations.
  • Conduct literature reviews relevant to ongoing clinical studies.
  • Ensure high ethical standards in patient treatment and research practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical trial and research coordination experience
