Job Description

As a Community Health Worker, your primary responsibility will be to support individuals facing mental health challenges. You will provide one-on-one assistance, facilitate support groups, and collaborate with mental health professionals to enhance care.

Responsibilities

  • Implement wellness programs in collaboration with health professionals.
  • Support clients in setting achievable goals related to their mental health.
  • Encourage client engagement in community activities.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials on mental health topics.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Social Work or Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in peer support or peer navigation is highly advantageous.
