Looking for an experienced Auto Leasing Manager to oversee our leasing department. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, developing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with leasing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vehicle leasing process from client inquiries to vehicle delivery.
• Develop relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Monitor leasing contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage vehicle inventory to meet customer demand and expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
• Prepare reports and analysis on leasing activity and performance.
• Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and recommend changes.
• Support the sales team in strategic initiatives to boost leasing growth.
• Organize training sessions for team members to enhance skills.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with leasing operations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
