We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Mackay. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and improving systems and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency within our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, conduct time and motion studies, and implement innovative solutions. Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving in a dynamic environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and suggest engineering solutions to enhance performance.
• Utilize simulation tools for process modeling and analysis.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Work with supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and reduce lead times.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing setting
