Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rivet Hole Puncher to join our dedicated team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for drilling, punching, and shaping metal components to ensure precision in the manufacturing process, specifically for aircraft and automotive applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the drilling and punching machinery.
• Ensure precision in metalworking to meet client specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Engage in problem-solving to overcome manufacturing challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in metalworking or mechanical technology (advantageous)

Experience

• Experience in similar manufacturing industries (aerospace, automotive, etc.) is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Experience using lathes and milling machines
• Knowledge in CAD or CNC programming

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes: Experience with quality control checks in manufacturing settings is beneficial.
