Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload materials, following correct procedures.
• Conduct inspections of materials for quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist in training new warehouse staff.
• Participate in safety meetings to ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in material handling or warehouse operations.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Inventory management systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Forklift license/certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating automated material handling systems: Hands-on experience with automated systems would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of WHS regulations: Understanding of Work Health and Safety regulations is preferable.
