Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Beater Room Operator to ensure efficient machine operation.
• Participate in quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and minimize machine downtime.
• Support the training of new team members in routine procedures.
• Engage in accident prevention activities and suggest improvements in workplace safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience in a similar role necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.
