We are looking for a Transportation Planner who possesses a keen understanding of urban transport systems to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be adept at evaluating transportation needs, providing strategic recommendations, and creating detailed plans that align with sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of current transportation operations and systems.
• Design transport improvement strategies aligned with sustainability goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated transport solutions.
• Manage the completion of transportation studies and projects.
• Evaluate community feedback and incorporate it into transport plans.
• Assist in the preparation of budget proposals for transportation projects.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss transportation initiatives.
• Draft project updates and progress reports for management review.
• Implement project management techniques to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in transport planning or engineering
