Production Worker - Upholstery Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to assist in the creation and repair of outdoor upholstered furniture. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair outdoor upholstery using quality materials.
• Measure and cut fabric accurately according to design specifications.
• Utilize sewing machines and tools effectively to produce high-quality upholstery.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure client specifications are met.
• Keep detailed records of production and material usage.
• Maintain tools and workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with training new staff as needed.
• Participate in routine safety and maintenance checks.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant trade qualification in upholstery or furniture making.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in upholstery, focusing on outdoor furniture.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
