Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sheller Operator to join our team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will operate nut shelling machinery, ensuring high-quality processing and adherence to safety standards. Experience in agriculture or food processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and operate nut shelling machinery efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Follow established safety guidelines to prevent workplace accidents.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Keep detailed records of production metrics and machine performance.
• Assist in training staff on best practices for machinery operation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in nut processing or food production is preferred.
