Job Description

We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician in Gold Coast who will be responsible for helping our users overcome technical challenges. Your role will involve resolving support tickets, maintaining IT documentation, and collaborating with different teams to ensure our IT systems run perfectly.

Responsibilities

  • Support users with a variety of IT-related issues.
  • Ensure the integrity of the company's IT systems.
  • Install and troubleshoot network devices.
  • Participate in IT projects, contributing to successful outcomes.
  • Document procedures and user guides.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to IT systems.
  • Manage ticketing system and follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Assist in maintaining IT service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or Computer Sciences
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or similar
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in user support roles

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
