Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. You will be tasked with developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to staff to cultivate a culture of compliance and excellence within our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the compliance team and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Engage with legal counsel to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve compliance knowledge among employees.
  • Maintain a repository of compliance documentation.
  • Work on special projects related to compliance improvement.
  • Respond to compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of compliance policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Prepare compliance reports for regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in the development of the company’s compliance strategy.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field is preferred
  • Certifications in AML and compliance are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in regulatory compliance with a focus on financial services.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with compliance management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Certifications
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
  • Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
