Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client files ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct legal research and compile case law documentation.
• Liaise with clients and other parties to ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate preparations for court appearances and hearings.
• Assist in drafting legal briefs and memoranda.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team in case strategy development.

Requirements

Education

• Graduate diploma in legal practice or equivalent
• Completion of paralegal studies or relevant experience

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a paralegal role, preferably within personal injury law.

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of court rules and procedures
• Experience with legal software and databases

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in preparing briefs for personal injury trials: Hands-on experience in drafting and managing briefs for legal proceedings.
• Ability to speak a second language: Proficiency in a language relevant to our client base could be advantageous.
