Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client files ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Conduct legal research and compile case law documentation.
Liaise with clients and other parties to ensure timely communication.
Coordinate preparations for court appearances and hearings.
Assist in drafting legal briefs and memoranda.
Work collaboratively with the legal team in case strategy development.
Requirements
Education
Graduate diploma in legal practice or equivalent
Completion of paralegal studies or relevant experience
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a paralegal role, preferably within personal injury law.
