Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Auditor to join our Launceston team. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful analysis to enhance financial reporting accuracy. You'll work closely with a diverse range of clients, providing critical insights that drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Assess and document financial risks and recommend solutions.
• Engage with clients to explain audit processes and findings.
• Support the development of audit policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Review partner financial statements with a focus on analytical review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of auditing experience, including external audits

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Auditor Certification
• Auditor Certificate from a recognized body

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Capability in qualitative analysis: Ability to interpret and analyse qualitative data for comprehensive reporting.
