Job Description

The Corporate Claims Examiner will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims for our corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance processes and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the validity of claims and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
  • Facilitate training sessions for junior claims staff.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the claims department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Law
Experience
  • Previous experience in risk management or compliance environment is a plus.
