The Corporate Claims Examiner will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims for our corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance processes and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Assess the validity of claims and provide recommendations based on findings.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Facilitate training sessions for junior claims staff.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the claims department.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Law
Experience
Previous experience in risk management or compliance environment is a plus.
