The Corporate Claims Examiner will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims for our corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance processes and strong analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess the validity of claims and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
  • Facilitate training sessions for junior claims staff.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the claims department.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Claims Management Software Proficient in using claims management software for efficient processing.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Expert in Microsoft applications for documentation and analysis.
  • Analytical Skills Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex claims.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Exceptional skills in managing client relationships.
  • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP)
  • Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of Risk Management: Experience in risk management processes and strategies.
  • Advanced Negotiation Techniques: Ability to conduct negotiations effectively with various stakeholders.
