Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments across various departments.
  • Design training materials and conduct workshops for staff.
  • Prepare detailed risk reports for executive management.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Monitor industry standards and apply relevant best practices.
  • Advise on risk-related issues affecting business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding risk management.
  • Adapt risk management strategies based on emerging threats.
  • Ensure timely updates and revisions of risk management policies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business, or related field
  • Master's degree is highly desirable
  • Risk Assessment Highly skilled in identifying and analysing risks to minimize impact.
  • Regulatory Compliance Strong understanding of local and international compliance regulations.
  • Project Management Experienced in managing projects with a focus on risk assessment.
  • Analytical Thinking Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating complex data.
  • Communication Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards shared goals.
  • Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
  • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Master's degree in risk management, business administration, or related field: Advanced education that provides a deeper understanding of risk strategies.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation: Exposure to global risk management practices and standards.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments for mergers and acquisitions: Skills in identifying risks associated with high-stake transactions.
