Responsibilities
Support the surgical team by preparing instruments and equipment.
Handle patient transport and assist during the surgical procedures.
Monitor surgical supplies and report any shortages.
Ensure all equipment is functioning and safe for use.
Assist with post-operative care and ensure patient comfort.
Be ready to assist with other duties as directed by the Surgical Team.
Contribute to a positive team environment by being proactive and supportive.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
Current First Aid certificate
Current police clearance certificate
Experience
No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
