We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to manage and optimize our training programs in Geelong. You will play a crucial role in developing training materials, coordinating sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of our learning initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and selection of training vendors.
• Track and report on training budgets and expenditures.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance training relevance.
• Implement innovative training techniques and technologies.
• Collect and analyze training data to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field
• Relevant certifications such as TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
