Job Description

The Composite Technician will be crucial in producing and repairing composite materials, impacting the aerospace and automotive sectors. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, contributing to the creation of innovative and high-quality composite parts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds and tools for composite parts production.
  • Assemble and lay-up composite materials using various techniques.
  • Perform quality control inspections on finished parts.
  • Maintain detailed records of production metrics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to optimize product designs.
  • Adhere to industry standards and regulations during production.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
  • Facilitate communication between production teams and management.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification or training in composite fabrication or repair.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in composite materials fabrication, preferably in aerospace or automotive industries.
