Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols rigorously.
• Communicate effectively with the cabin crew and ground staff.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers understand emergency procedures.
• Engage in continuous training to keep up to date with safety regulations.
• Assist passengers with special needs or requests.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Any relevant qualifications in hospitality or customer service preferred

Experience

• Prior customer service experience preferred; no experience required for entry-level positions.
