Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Heeler to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of heeling techniques and the ability to pay close attention to detail. This position involves working collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure that each heeled shoe meets our exacting standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise heeling techniques for various shoe styles and materials.
• Follow company protocols to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to foster teamwork.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery used in the heeling process.
• Conduct quality checks on completed products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Help develop training material and assist new staff in learning heeling techniques.
• Review and follow production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment.
• Document production data accurately and report any inconsistencies.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the production workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in shoe manufacturing is preferred.
