Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all properties are well-maintained, facilitating positive tenant relations, and managing all aspects of property management operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of property management.
  • Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repair services.
  • Facilitate regular property inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Develop budgets and manage financial performance.
  • Conduct tenant move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Utilise property management software for tracking tasks and performance.
  • Conduct market analysis to set competitive rental prices.
  • Train and supervise junior staff and property assistants.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Master's degree in Real Estate or Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in property management and tenant relations.
