UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative UX/UI Designer to join our team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance user experiences across our digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers and developers to bring innovative solutions to life.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative design solutions that are user-friendly.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Document design processes and maintain project files.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment on brand guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio of successful projects

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Usability Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
