Job Description

As a Team Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment, assembling products on the production line, and ensuring that all items meet quality standards. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line machinery and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with our standards.
• Assist with the packaging and shipping of finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of production counts and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support teammates to meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Experience operating production machinery is advantageous.

Languages
