The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of employees during their shift and ensuring that operations run smoothly. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organised and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Supervise the activities of production operators during shifts.
Monitor production targets and quality standards.
Address employee grievances and conflicts in a professional manner.
Prepare and maintain shift reports detailing operations.
Lead by example to foster a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's or higher level qualification in Logistics or Management is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or logistics.
