Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Automatic Equipment Technician to join our dedicated team. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, alongside practical experience in troubleshooting and repairing automated machinery. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all automated systems run smoothly, thereby contributing to the operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all automated systems are operating at peak efficiency.
• Conduct fault-finding and repair on a range of automated equipment.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams on new installations.
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Participate in training and development of maintenance staff.
• Align with safety protocols during all maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance and repair of automated equipment
