Job Description

We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to manage the carbon paper coating process. The ideal candidate will ensure that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the carbon paper coating process, ensuring quality and safety protocols are followed.
• Lead a team of production workers, providing training and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and facilitate supply chain processes.
• Identify production bottlenecks and work on solutions.
• Conduct regular safety audits and lead safety training sessions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs.
• Develop and implement process improvements for production workflow.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and outcomes for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
