Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated English Professors to join our vibrant English Department. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality education to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, emphasising critical thinking and analytical skills in literature and language studies.

Responsibilities

  • Design coursework and assessments that enhance critical thinking skills.
  • Conduct regular assessments of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor graduate students in research methodologies and thesis preparation.
  • Integrate current trends in literature and pedagogy into classroom discussions.
  • Support academic integrity and uphold university standards.
  • Engage with the local community through literary events and workshops.
  • Stay current with advancements in literature and language education.

Requirements

Education
  • Ph.D. in English Literature or similar discipline
  • Master's degree with teaching experience considered
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in higher education teaching.
