Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator, also known as a Stacker Operator, to join our team in Sydney. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial stacker equipment to efficiently move materials around our warehouse and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate stacker machinery for material handling.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Record and report any issues regarding operational failures.
• Work in harmony with the warehouse team for efficient operations.
• Provide support in inventory checks and audits.
• Be proactive in suggesting improvements to workflow.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training new employees on stacker operations.
• Remain flexible for varied shifts as required.

Advantageous

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Experience in high-pressure situations preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain roles: Having a background in these sectors is a plus.
