Job Description
As a Public Works Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing essential infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and drainage systems. Your contributions will ensure public safety and enhance the community's quality of life.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections and repairs on roads, bridges, and buildings.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and project timelines.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines.
Supervise junior staff and assist with training.
Participate in community engagement activities regarding public works.
Assist in the development of maintenance strategies for existing infrastructure.
