Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Operator to join our team. You will operate machinery that is vital to our textile production, ensuring efficiency and quality. Candidates must demonstrate previous experience and a strong understanding of machinery operations.
Responsibilities
- Setup and adjust machines for different production runs based on job specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and materials during production.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet the required specifications.
- Train and mentor junior operators in machine operations and safety best practices.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and issues.
- Document production information accurately and timely in logs.
- Implement cost-saving measures to enhance production efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing
