Job Description
We're on the hunt for a dedicated Cooker Operator to manage our food cooking machines. The position involves monitoring cooking parameters and maintaining system integrity to guarantee food quality and safety throughout our production line.
Responsibilities
Ensure the cooker system operates efficiently and safely.
Adjust cooking parameters as required for optimal results.
Conduct inspections and maintenance of cooking equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Report issues and suggest improvements to the Production Manager.
Requirements
Education
Certificate or diploma in food processing technology or a related field
Food handling and safety certification
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a food processing plant
