We're on the hunt for a dedicated Cooker Operator to manage our food cooking machines. The position involves monitoring cooking parameters and maintaining system integrity to guarantee food quality and safety throughout our production line.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cooker system operates efficiently and safely.
• Adjust cooking parameters as required for optimal results.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of cooking equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Report issues and suggest improvements to the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in food processing technology or a related field
• Food handling and safety certification

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a food processing plant
