Job Description

Join us as a Recruitment Manager to take charge of our talent acquisition efforts. You’ll manage a dedicated team, oversee recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws while fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  • Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of recruitment campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Mentor and develop recruiters in the team.
  • Promote the company brand in recruitment messaging.
  • Establish partnerships with universities and local organisations for talent sourcing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., CPHR, AIRS) preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
