Coiled Coil Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Coiled Coil Inspector responsible for examining coiled coils to ensure they meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of coiled coil products in accordance with specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and rectify quality deficiencies.
• Train and mentor junior inspectors on best practices in quality assurance.
• Review inspection reports and maintain detailed documentation for traceability.
• Play an active role in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in manufacturing or engineering field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience with coiled coil inspection preferred

Technical Skills

• Statistical process control
• Lean manufacturing principles

Certifications

• Quality Control Technician Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
