Job Description

As a Fruit Shipper, you will oversee the sorting, packaging, and loading of fresh fruit shipments, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting and grading processes to meet quality assurance
• Collaborate with the procurement manager for fruit sourcing
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in fruit handling
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for accurate stock records
• Provide training to new team members on packing and safety procedures

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• Inventory Management Software

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Training in Warehouse Operations or Logistics Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Fruit Handling: Previous experience in handling and packaging fresh fruits.
• Knowledge of Quality Standards: Familiarity with industry standards for fruit quality.
