Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in Coffs Harbour. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate finance management, including financial planning, analysis, and investment strategies. You will lead a team and work closely with executive management to drive the financial performance of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising efforts, including equity and debt financing.
• Develop comprehensive financial models to assess business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate tracking of financial metrics and operational KPIs.
• Monitor and analyse market trends relevant to financial strategy.
• Provide strategic insights to executive leadership to guide decision-making.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on financial policies and procedures.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies within the finance function.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to enhance overall business strategy.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the financial system and accounting practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field
• Master's degree or relevant financial certification is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance roles
