Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and the smooth operations of the front desk. You will play a key role in making our guests feel welcome and cared for.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Check guests into and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Respond to guests' questions and queries regarding their bookings and hotel policies.
  • Assist in managing and troubleshooting technological issues with reservation systems.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guests' requests promptly.
  • Uphold the hotel's standard of excellence in customer service and hospitality.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service delivery.
  • Document and report any guest feedback to enhance service protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality
Technical Skills
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Telephone and voicemail systems
Soft Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Team Player
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in luxury hotel or resort settings: Background working in high-end hospitality environments is highly regarded.
