Flight Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Flight Attendants who excel in providing excellent customer service while maintaining high safety standards. In this role, you will assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a comfortable flying experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to ensure passenger satisfaction.
• Conduct safety checks in the cabin before takeoff.
• Provide assistance during boarding and disembarking.
• Oversee in-flight services including meal preparation.
• Stay alert to passenger needs and respond promptly.
• Document any incidents or irregularities during flights.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on safety procedures.
• Encourage passengers to adhere to safety regulations.
• Assist in managing the cabin crew team and operations as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in passenger safety is an advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills

• Attention to detail

Certifications

• First Aid training and certification
• Cabin Crew Safety Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
