Job Description
As a Food Order Expediter, you will play a vital role in ensuring that orders are prepared swiftly and accurately. Collaborating closely with chefs, servers, and kitchen staff, you'll guarantee that our customers receive their meals promptly.
Responsibilities
Oversee the timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline food preparation processes.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure that food is prepared in compliance with all safety standards.
Assist with training new team members on food order processes.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Update the order system with real-time information.
Maintain a clean workspace in accordance with health regulations.
Requirements
Education
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Food Service Management
Experience
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within food service.
