Job Description

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for client IT issues, providing exemplary support and solutions. You'll troubleshoot various technical issues across hardware and software, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with technical problems and inquiries, demonstrating patience and empathy.
  • Perform diagnostics on IT systems to isolate issues.
  • Ensure data security and system updates are implemented regularly.
  • Deliver training to staff on new software tools and applications.
  • Prepare reports on common issues and progress on resolutions.
  • Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.
  • Work with third-party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related role
