Responsibilities

  • Handle first-line support for all IT-related queries.
  • Document issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Assist in managing IT inventory and assets.
  • Perform diagnostics on hardware and software failures.
  • Train staff on new technology implementations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all users.
  • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
