Electrical Engineer

Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing electrical systems for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure all electrical aspects comply with Australian standards while providing efficient and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of electrical installations across various projects.
• Prepare detailed specifications for electrical systems and materials.
• Work with project managers to coordinate electrical works and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
• Assess and resolve any technical issues during project execution.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop maintenance plans for ongoing projects.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design
