Job Description

The Xerox Machine Mechanic is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Xerox machines. This role requires excellent mechanical, electrical, and software skills, coupled with experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs on various Xerox machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and maintenance needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Assist in the development of service manuals and documentation.
• Collaborate with the service team to streamline repair processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in electronics or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with a wide range of Xerox machines.
