Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated Production Workers to join our dynamic surface preparation team. You will be responsible for applying primers and preparing equipment for final coatings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the primer charging system.
• Ensure the primer charging system is calibrated and operating correctly.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of primer materials.
• Assist with surface preparation techniques, including sanding and blasting.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certificate in industrial painting or related field
• OHS certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial painting or related field

Technical Skills

• Industrial painting techniques
• Knowledge of safety procedures

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration

Advantageous

• Experience with industrial equipment repairs: Hands-on experience in repairing various forms of industrial equipment.
• Experience in working with a variety of coatings and finishes: Familiarity with different coating materials and their application.
