Job Description
As a Layaway Clerk at XYZ Retail, you'll manage layaway orders while providing top-notch customer service. Your role includes processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage customer layaway orders efficiently.
Provide assistance with inquiries about layaway policies.
Track payments and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
Work closely with inventory management systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding layaway.
Facilitate communication between customers and store management.
Assist with training new staff on layaway processes.

Handle cash transactions and balance registers.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Retail Management (preferred)
Experience
Previous experience with layaway orders or payment plans is advantageous
